To modify or cancel your booking with Sinai Taxi:

  1. Access Your Booking:
    • Visit the "Manage my Booking" section on our platform.
    • Enter your name and booking reference code.
  2. Make Changes:
    • Follow the prompts to modify or cancel your booking as needed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
  • Please Note: Partial Payments is Non-Refundable
