Late Arrivals, Delays & No-Show Policy

We understand that delays happen. Here’s how we handle them:

Flight Delays:

  • We monitor flight numbers provided during booking and automatically adjust pickup time.

Grace Periods:

  • Airports: 60 minutes free wait time from actual landing
  • Hotels/Residences: 15 minutes free wait time

No-Show Policy:

  • If the passenger does not show after the grace period, the ride is considered completed with no refund.

Recommendations:

Always update us if you anticipate delays via WhatsApp or email.
