Flight Delays:
- We monitor flight numbers provided during booking and automatically adjust pickup time.
Grace Periods:
- Airports: 60 minutes free wait time from actual landing
- Hotels/Residences: 15 minutes free wait time
No-Show Policy:
- If the passenger does not show after the grace period, the ride is considered completed with no refund.
Recommendations:
Always update us if you anticipate delays via WhatsApp or email.
